Cancelation Policy
At Pooch Paradise, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to limited availability and to prevent disappointment for other potential guests, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1) 50% of the booking fee will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the reservation.
2) 100% of the booking fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the reservation.
3) No refunds (full or partial) will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
To cancel a reservation, please contact us promptly to allow us the opportunity to fill the vacancy.
Pet Temperament
Group play is not for dogs that have temperament problems such as aggression or extreme shyness with either humans and/or dogs. If your dog is found to exhibit any behavior that is deemed unsuitable by Anet, for their own protection and the protection of other dogs they will be removed from the playgroup sectioned off in a spacious and safe location within the garden or home.
Illnesses / Injury
Dogs can sometimes receive minor cuts, scratches and in rare cases injury while playing in a group setting. Any problems that develop with your pet will be treated as deemed appropriate by Anet after following a safety plan. Anet may seek veterinary care for dog(s) if such care is deemed necessary for the welfare of the dog(s). Anet will make a reasonable effort to contact the primary & secondary contacts or emergency contact(s) and the treating veterinarian before seeking treatment. Clients will assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved.
Vaccinations
Dogs must be up to date on all of their vaccinations to provide a safe environment for all their furry friends.
